YOU AGREE EVEN IF Ragproper.com HAS BEEN TOLD OF POSSIBLE DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING OR RESULTING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE Ragproper.com MESSAGING PROGRAM. Indemnity

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in any way related to these Messaging Terms or your receipt of text messages from Ragproper.com or its service providers whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and regardless of when a dispute or claim arises will be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitrator. Any arbitration between you and Ragproper.com will be governed by the JAMS, under the Optional Expedited Arbitration Procedures then in effect for JAMS, except as provided herein. JAMS may be contacted at www.jamsadr.com. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this binding arbitration agreement.
No Class Actions. YOU AND Ragproper.com AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Ragproper.com agree otherwise in a signed writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. You agree that, by agreeing to these Messaging Terms, you and Ragproper.com are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding of any kind.
No Class Actions. YOU AND Ragproper.com AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Ragproper.com agree otherwise in a signed writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Modifications to this Arbitration Provision. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Messaging Terms, if Ragproper.com makes any future change to this arbitration provision, you may reject the change by sending us written notice within 30 days of the change to Ragproper.com’s contact information provided in the “Contact Us” section below, in which case this arbitration provision, as in effect immediately prior to the changes you rejected, will continue to govern any disputes between you and Ragproper.com.
Enforceability. If any provision of these Messaging Terms is found to be unenforceable, the applicable provision shall be deemed stricken and the remainder of these Messaging Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to the Messaging Terms

We reserve the right to change these Messaging Terms or cancel the messaging program at any time. By using and accepting messages from Ragproper.com after we make changes to the Messaging Terms, you are accepting the Messaging Terms with those changes. Please check these Messaging Terms regularly.

Entire Agreement/Severability

These Messaging Terms, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with us in connection herewith, will constitute the entire agreement between you and Ragproper.com concerning the Messaging Program.

Great product. Slight finish imperfections

I ordered 2x 100 ml dark brown leather and 2x cleaning kit. Flask 1 is great. The stitching is well made and the leather is nicely wrapped around the bottle and the see through glass port. The second 100 ml bottle I received as looser stitching the leather does not perfectly aligned creating a small gap at the bottom of the flask. All in all not a big deal I suspect the two bottles to last as long. The thread is thick, strong and nicely sow. Just don't expect a baseball tight sowing. The leather is really nice looking and feels durable as well. Now the opinion of my father who owns the first flask. "Son your too damn picky this is the best flask I have ever seen". I agree with him just had to point out improvement point I guess. I would recommend anyone to buy one.

Solid!

Very nice flask. Holds about 3 small glasses of the liqueur of choice. The lid can be tricky to **** on when the sealing inserts are in place. Also, quite a bit heavier than I thought, but prefer that to it being too fragile. This is the first flask I've seen where you can see how full/empty it is, which is a nice touch. Very pleased with the purchase.

Should be called "Super Proper"

This is my fourth set of these flasks. I love them so much that I've purchased a couple of sets as gifts. Not only are they rugged and durable, the leather gives it that "classic sophisticated" look that raises these flasks to another level! Highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing!

Perfect size

This flask is there perfect size to keep in my inner jacket pocket. I don't have to worry about as much liquid noise compared to a stainless steel flask!

Best flask I've ever purchased

The flask itself is a nice size, I was skeptic of the sizes but "The Double" gives me three hefty pours and the silicon cover gives me the control I want without becoming bulky.

Perfection

This was a replacement purchase for the one I knocked over but this product is wonderful. It’s a great conversation piece with friends and you can share whiskey without bringing a bottle or tainting the rest with metal flasks. I would recommend this to anyone who loves their liquor unaltered.

Very nice flasks. The larger size isn't going to fit in a jacket pocket or back-of-pants pocket. The smaller size fits perfectly in the back pocket of a pair of jeans, and holds ~10oz of your favorite spirits, which should be plenty to get you through!

Best Whiskey flask in the world

No more metallic taste!

I’ve always used a stainless steel flask, but I got tired of the metallic taste so I started looking for a quality glass flask. RAGPROPER delivers! I tried a cheaper glass flask from Amazon and I was sorely disappointed. Some of the glass from the threading chipped off in my mouth and the leather was not good quality. The RAGPROPER flask is a heavy, thick glass and the leather looks great. I will be purchasing more as gifts for friends. I should note that I had to replace the cork seals in the cap with the silicone one because the cork one was leaking a bit.
