Please allow two business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped. If it has not been shipped within two business days please email us at info@ragproper.com.

As of July 2021 USPS and UPS are both experiencing labor shortages.  This means your package can and mostly like will be delayed.  If you need your order for an important event, we recommend paying for the upgraded shipping or ordering well in advance to insure your flask arrives in time. 

Hours of Operation 

Monday- Friday from 10am - 4pm, excluding holidays.  If you have sent us an email, please allow up to two business days for a response.
